4. Press Alt+; to select only the visible cells. Thio step is the key to having the solution work. The difference between the figure above and below if very subtle; you will see white lines between each cell below.

5. With only the visible cells selected, you want to Insert Cells. One easy way is to press Ctrl Plus. You can use the + sign on the Number keypad or use Ctrl+Shift+Equals. Or, select Home, Insert, Insert Cells. When you invoke Insert Cells, the default choice will be to Shift Cells Down. Change this to Shift Cells Right. Click OK.
